For Treasurer: Pam Mitchel, UMF
I appreciate all of the work done by PATFA to improve working conditions and salaries for adjuncts in the UMaine System. I would like to continue as the PATFA treasurer to support the union's work.
For Secretary: Tom McCord, UMA
I teach history at the University of Maine at Augusta. As PATFA secretary, I stress communication with members because we are a widely scattered organization. We launched an email platform this spring, and we have begun updating the PATFA website regularly. Other social media are next. I seek re-election because PATFA needs a team of part-time faculty members working together closely.
